Kids Beating Cancer – in 23 years, serving over 8,000 children throughout Florida and nationwide. Kids Beating Cancer’s focus is divided into three areas: Kids Beating Cancer Pediatric Transplant Center Programs, Children and Family Support Services and Outreach and Education.
Kids Beating Cancer provides resources and support for children with cancer, leukemia, and related life threatening diseases throughout the treatment process. By providing the pre-transplant testing and donor identification costs, expenses never covered by Medicaid and only partially covered by insurance, any child can have access to marrow or stem cell transplantation, the best – and only hope for a cure. This testing is provided at no cost at the Kids Beating Cancer Pediatric Transplant Center.
